Now Burnzz has a point, you don't want people coming in and messing up a conversation. I'm afraid to say you only really have one option - ignore them. The thread/conversation dosn't get thrown off by one person, it's people responding to that person. I don't see how the kind of things you guys talk about can be thrown off so easily by one or two people if you just ignore them. FM's right, these problems have a way of solving themselves.

I definitely see where you're coming from with the bullying point, but if you think back to when you were in situations where you were bullied, you'll find that you were trapped, and probably wanted nothing more than to escape the situation. That's certainly how it was for me in early elementary school.

The difference is that in bullying situations, people are often picking on people less fortunate than them for personal gain. The person being picked on has done nothing to deserve it. However, the BF2s community has worked fine without such people, which should point that the problem is the underdogs, and not the cool kids.

Bullying comes in many forms, it's not just schoolyard stuff. Take for instance my own mother, who was bullied out of the teaching by her superiors for doing things differently. She created her own resources, taught in her own way, was universally loved by her students, (a table collapsing from the weight of the gifts they got her when she left seemed to proove that,) but she rubbed the management the wrong way. They just didn't like her and made sure to pester and bully her out of the teaching profession entirely. But no, you're right, if someone disturbes the status quo it's totally their fault and it's their duty to leave to preserve it.

It was a situation where she was trapped, no?

And she was beneficial to the education system, yes?

So this is directly related to everything that's going on here, right?

Kids like Pace just try to contribute to the community and fit in. However, BF2s just lol'd at him and told him to diaf. Pace kept trying harder and harder, posting more and trying to use memes and inside jokes to try to fit in. But, this just back fires and they got lol'd at some more. Eventually, they realize no one on the forum likes them. Then, they get this idea in their head that they were trolling the entire time, and they claim they were saying stupid things on purpose lol at anyone who got raged.  (for example shifty's user title). Anyway, now the kid proceeds to try to fit in, and when their attempt failed they would claim they were trolling.

That's why I think Pace shouldn't be banned. He didn't start the conflict, he just wanted to be a part of the community. So, just let him keep fucking up until he learns how to be normal. It happened to Warman, and it'll probably happen to Pace. Also, I don't think there should be a problem with ignoring members, since Warman has been ignored for the last 3 pages, no matter who he quoted.
