Look, my final word on this is that I understand there is a problem and I understand what the problem is. I reckon it's a completely and utterly pointless problem that doesn't deserve all this attention but a problem nonetheless.
My recommendation is that people need to learn to ignore these things they have this massive issue with. It's not my responsibility or anyone elses to stop you from reacting to what other people post on an Internet forum, I don't have that power and if I did I wouldn't want to take up that responsibility. People need to stop taking things so seriouly. There was no need for this to blow up to this extent if people could just learn to calm down and think as to whether creating a big fucking fireworks display is really neccesary. Feeling frustrated is natural but you don't make me or anyone else have to deal with that frustration. It's your own problem, don't make it mine.
People need to realise their place on the forums. There are no special groups of "respected" or "regular" mmbers, it's not determined by postcount or activity or karma points. Pace has every right to create threads as does Miggle or Ted or Burnzz or me or Link etc. etc. etc. Why should that be in any way determined by whether a certain group of forum goers like someone? Carrying on from this - be nice to to new guys. They're just trying to fit in, it's difficult. Why make it more difficult by acting like bullies? It doesn't help Bf2s and it doesn't help you.
And lastly - learn to take some fucking responsibility. If Pace or anyone else annoys you there is no reason that you can't ignore them. You shouldn't need an ignore function or try and have the staff ban him, just do it yourself. Don't think it's possible? I didn't even know there was an issue with Pace until this afternoon.
And look, if anyone else pulls the same shit Ted did today and fails to think rationally and intelligently if they have a problem before acting like a retarded gibbon with too much poo and time on their hands I will remove their need to worry about the bf2s.com forums ever again because it's obvously too much for their little monkey brains to handle.
