hit it 5 times wiv l96a1 2day, 5 times and it didnt blow up . i no i hit it cus the cross appeared

Well these 2 pictures should atleast prove that the UAV has a health bar and it can be damaged

You CAN shoot them down with normal guns it takes about 20 bullets. I saw one appear and instantly shot at it with 2 clips and it blew up, now that couldnt have been coz it had been there for the length of time they stay.
I tried to shoot it with my M95 a few days ago on Sharqi. I had SIX hits and then it exploded because it was out of feul.

I can take it out within 1 clip with a G36E.
It takes almost 2 clips and you need to do it in burst. If you see the X symbol on the tip of ur ironsight, then you know you hit it. Keep on doing and you'll take it out (unless u took your time too much and it exploded by losing fuel).

I agree. I saw it flying and got a jeep up on a hill so I would be closer and not have it fly out of my range. I'm sorry if I'm wrong to assume that after I saw the hit marks ( X around the crosshairs) for a solid 5 seconds and it exploded that I did it.
it takes more then 1 hit

Yes, the UAV CAN be shot down, but it takes a hell of a lot more than two to four shots. It will explode regardless of if you take down all its health before it stops scanning.
