I was down the town earlier today and popped in to the Tesco Metro to grab some food for the cupboards and fridge, just minding my own business and who do i see??

Yes! Sophie Okonedo!

Pretty much the most famous person i've ever seen within touching distance, i saw Bob Mortimer in Canterbury a few years back and held a door open for him as he had a pram and he very politely thanked me for it. I also, quite amazingly, saw Vic Reeves in Ashford cinema. Pretty random as they are long time comedy collaborators.

Oh yeah i saw Liverpool and England footballer Glen Johnson in Bluewater, this was back when he played for Portsmouth.

I used to be best friends with Eric Cantona's son, when we both lived in Barcelona. And I shook hands with the Queen and Prince Phillip/Charles - I can't remember which - when they went to open the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff. I think that's probably my only dubious claims to fame.

I honestly can't remember.

And yeah, I met him quite a few times. He didn't like to come to school events though unless he had to, because of all the extra drama.
