Ok. 2 months ago evrything was going smooth on my comp. Then 1 day i join a server and my ping is 200-600 on every server exept Multiplay.co.uk servers. I thought it was my internet company at first but now i realised that its somethign else. I live in Iceland but that does not change the fact that my ping went from 30-100 to 200-600, Do any programs make the ping go up, cause im sick of only being only able to play on multiplay.co.uk servers.

Does this have to do with the 1.2 patch? pls help me cause its pissing me well off.

Ohh and if it affects i have all settings in low exept lighting - effexts and Geo.[dont know this word :p] and Sound setting on High.

that Graphic Card tweac for Nvidia cards fucks up the comp graphics if u have a GeForce 6600 I had to roll back and update drive and it was a pain cause i had liek a 200 x 300 res and 4 colours

so no it did not help.

Scan for trojans/viruses. Use several companies if needed. One day last week a server went down and everyone on at the time got one. It took a couple days to figure it out but we got it. I use pandasoft but it didn't stop it. I then use housecall and it found 3 trojans on my system.

Make sure you're not running any peer to peer (p2p) software such as Limewire or Bearshare when playing. Even if you're not downlaoding anything and that stuff is running it will kill your connection, so make sure it's completely closed out.
