Corrado's are awesome. I always wanted one.... Good stuff. Enjoy it! Your 0-60 time is kinda amusing. I get there in 2.5sec...Engineer_Fox wrote:
So my old Golf is gone to a better place now I guess. Been looking around for other Golfs but nothing in my priceclass . I turned to other VW''s and now I''m the owner of a Corrado 1.8 G60 (Giant Turbo), 0-100km in roughly 7-8 seconds, love it
You couldn't find a golf you could afford so you went for a corrado.. that makes sence...Engineer_Fox wrote:

Only bikes I know that can do that sort of acceleration are drag bikes, and a couple of concept bikes. A normal bike would just flip over and kill you if you tried 0-60 that quickly.ig wrote:

Well 0-100KPH is as near as makes no difference the same as 0-60MPH, noone measures 0-60KPH really, so I assume he has one of the worlds fastest supercarsOnly bikes I know that can do that sort of acceleration are drag bikes, and a couple of concept bikes. Friends price, 800 Euro. Try finding a Mk.II GTi for that in the condition that this Corrado is inFloppY_ wrote:

Nothing to do with being stupid, the guy I got it from also has 2 2.9 Vr6 Corrado's but it's his hobby so a G60 means less for him as does the Vr6's. By the way, you could get a Mk.III 2.8 VR6 here for less than 1k here

A decent condition MKIII VR6 would cost you at least €10,000 here
