You won't get many points but your team will have a distinct advantage. Just let your squad spawn off you until you get the flag.

This takes a chopper to get here but it's worth it. Just don't waste a chopper though hitch a ride with a teammate.

Inside the eastern round half built cylinder at the Refinery at Kubra dam is good too. Lay on the grate floor or something.. you can see the bad guys coming before they see you, partially because they have to walk around it to get in it.

Can't you get to that point also by climbing a ladder on a pillar behind you and then parachute down to that spot?

Since he is on his own server, I believe he just spawned as Chinese and flew up there rather then flying there from the USMC base.

You can get to that point without a chopper.
If you climb the tower next to this structure and then run and jump at this location [do not open paracute] then you will land and loose 40%-80% of you're health. Dont look down as you jump so you dont land face first!

I didn't feel like coming from the other side of the map since no one was shooting at me anyway. Just wanted to give the squad leaders out there another idea for dominence.

I always (what am I saying? I mean once) use the blackhawk, go really high where jets can't get me, and let my squadmembers spawn on me so they can parachute down. I call it rain of fire, and it's dangerous.

Its a good commander spot you do have cover from above.  As mentioned you climb a tower next to it and jump/chute down on onto it.

You cannot get there by climbing the ladder.  Trust me.  It takes a chopper.

It does take a chopper to get where I was (on top), but there is a lower level (thanks DrM +1) that you can jump to and it is a much better spot.
