so i went to the local apple store yesterday. was there for about 10 minutes and none of the workers asked if they could help me. they made up about a third of the 60 people in it.

I have had a worker look over my shoulder to ask my husband if he needed any help...which was a big mistake as I was the one there to spend money. We left and went to Menards without buying anything.
So, I have a question...are all people who work at Apple stores called geniuses or just specific positions?
