Im really interested in making a video of my clan but I want it to look like an actual movie. Can someone please tell me how to turn off the red and blue names in the game and how to float around in spectator mode while recording. Any information on making a movie would help alot to. Anyone who knows of a better recording program( preferably free) that they know of that is better than battle recorder please let me know!!!!

i heard of people using fraps but o never tried to do it myself. and i think you can use it as a trail for free but not sure.

here's one you can work out without fraps
you need battlerecorder enabled server and this little app called battlelauncher
you can grab it from here http://www.battlelauncher.com/
and you might need to install a good video encoder software but divx will do just fine
what it does it recorders the camera track movement and then replays your movement and encodes it to video..
but I'd suggest to wait till 1.3 patch comes out and 1.3 battlelauncher comes out this way you might not loose some demos. because they won't be backwards compatible with 1.22 (always remember EA tends to fuck everything up for us)
