I got over 20,000 points a while ago, (almost a day now), and I have all the badges required, (veteran in most of them), where's my 1st sarg????????????

I have the same issue. I now have over 31,000 points, I have all veteran combat badges + 1 Expert combat badge. I have had all basic combat badges before hitting 20,000 points. I never use the same server and have never stat padded to gain points or awards. Any ideas peeps? i am at a loss.
For me its usually on day delay, bcs Internode Servers in Australia behind in time ... but next day first point and i get them
You didn't rank up because you abuse punctuation. If you had used just one question mark, baby Jesus wouldn't be crying right now.
