An interesting question, will you download and play MODs when they are released? I know of two currently out, www.Nations-at-War.com and Project Reality (keep in mind that these are 'mini mods' and not fully complete) but when they big names are released, who will stand; stats or gameplay?

Only if they have stats | 12% | 12% - 8
No, mods suck and I care too much about my stats | 7% | 7% - 5

I think I wouldn't mind playing Project Reality. Looks pretty kickass.
I really don't care that much about my stats now that I finally have all my unlocks, so the MODS not having stats wouldn't bother me.

I played Nation at war, nice mini-mod, great maps.... I'm back to vanilla, not for the stats but because server hosting.... the lag was pretty bad on the few servers who were hosting the mod.
Gameplay definitely.
I'm just messing around on the airshow mod now

Ones to look out for (remember guys no ranks = better teamplay)
Point of existance baby! -- http://www.pointofexistence.com (very talented modelers)
Desert Conflict oh yea --http://desert-conflict.org/ desert combat is back to bf2 -- A lot of people that worked with dice on desert combat mod you do know what desert combat is right ? for those that don't it started what is called bf2 now.
I will drop bf2 vanilla as soon as desert conflict comes out you will see why

HL2 mods > BF2 mods
if anything tho, POE and DC are the best

The first mod I tried was the Battleracer mod, pretty fun (nitro!) although there are things they can improve. It have a simple "ranking" system as well.
I think we'll see some mods implementing their own ranking systems.
