To all you people who say "ITS JUST A GAME" I completely agree. The point of the game is to have fun. Maybe fun for you is nubetoobin on Kark or commanding on Wake. I find it really fun to work for medals and ribbons and finally get what I've been working hard for.

Actually, my goal is to have fun. Medals, badges and ribbons are nice, but almost incidental. Try impressing a girl or a potential employer with these things. Quake, Doom, COD, MOHAA, KOTOR and every other game I've ever played didn't have these, but they were all cool. BF2 doesn't need them to be fun.

So, I'm with JimCognito, JimBob, siciliano, eagles, wingman, chester, elamdri and stryker (cuz he appreciates the helis )

First, it was getting ribbons and badges. Now it's just for fun. Sometimes I finish a round with a horrible K/D ratio and have less points than a grandma with two glass eyeballs...

...but had alot of fun, doing whatever!

I can do well on the ground... but any one player is just as good as his team on the ground... in the air you're a different story.

as of right now its to become great in a plane. on most maps air power (unless you're on karkand where its obviously spawn camping) is the key... heli I think I can do pretty well in for the most part... and I can outsmart lots of airplane/chopper pilots but for the ones that get away or out-shake me-urgh... that ticks me off... so I've been trying to tune myself so I can perform better in the skies.

longterm goal: expert kits. Then anything else ontop of that is nice.

To get my kdr to 1. I spent the first 4-5 months of playing just running around capping flags not caring about stats. I then found this site around January and realised I was rubbish. I have spent all my time since then playing properly. My kdr was .66 and now its .78. So much work to do. I will probably give up though.
