A bunch of skinheads stand in front of polling places, shouting "kill all n**gers and kill all n**ger babies". Do you think 1) it wouldn't receive broad mainstream media coverage and 2) charges would be dropped?
The answer to both of those questions is a resounding NO.
There's something ridiculously wrong here where behavior like that is deemed either "not bad enough" or--even worse--"OK enough" to warrant not being pursued by legal remedy when it clearly violates existing statues--especially when we all know that the exact same behavior by a different group would result in a different outcome.

Voter intimidation is illegal and those assholes were not arrested and charged. Why?
