I think mine would be:

1) Assault (G3)
2) Support (PKM)
3) Sniper (M95)
4) Medic (AK-101)
5) Engineer (Jachammer)
6) Special Forces (G36C)

The assault and the support would head straight out and take out the ground pounders while the sniper waits behind them and takes out the people who are also in the shadows. The Support and Assault would need to stay together because of teh G3's low clip.

Engy would set mines out to keep the tanks and vehicles away from the ground pounders since there is no anti tank.

And special forces would take out any other take that teh mines didnt get.

And of course the medic would revive and heal people... but who would the squad leader be... I say the sniper so they woud respawn in concealed areas.

SCAR-L is the best long range wepon besides the sniper in single shot, so is the L85

If the 3 AT guys shot an armored target at the same time, it would die before the driver could bail or be repaired. Double medics to revive each other and other team mates without switching kits. Support to kill everything within a 5 block radius and resupply AT guys. AT rockets can kill commander assets, so no need for Spec Ops.

City maps:

1. medic(SL)            - medics come in very handy when there is a lot of close infantry action going on
2. medic                 - will always be effective when capturing control points
3. support               - lay down suppressing fire and ammo ammo ammo
4. anti-tank             - always some pesky tanks and apcs
5. engineer             - always handy when a squad aquires a tank/apc/transport which is not fully functional
6. spec ops             - nimble, fit, take out armour/assets. can link with the anti-tank to take out armour

Non-city maps (more armour):

1. medic(SL)           - always need a medic
2. anti-tank             - much more armour to be taken out
3. anti-tank
4. anti-tank
5. support               - ammo ammo ammo
6. spec ops/sniper   - take out bridges/armour/assets / sometimes a sniper can come in handy incase of enemy snipers on the open torrain.

that squad can get almost anyhting done, when tanks roll in pop a couple smokes and let the spec ops dash up to it
support for cover and supplies, medic keeps his head down and focuses on reviving and the three bodyarmored g3 wielding maniacs leading the way...this squad can take flags, defend, take out assets or armor and do just about anything else a commander can come up with for it
