A few of my buddies are going to be playing in a BF2 tournament at a local gaming center.  Two 4 player teams will be battling on 7 different 16 player maps.  The tickets will be set at 150 and unlocks will not be available.

Has anyone played in a tourney like this?  I am looking for some winning tactics.

This is what I have come up with.  One player will act as commander and run solo as spec-opts taking out artillery and UAV.  The other three (sniper, engineer, support) will work as a squad capturing flags and laying down claymores and mines at each flag.

Given the few amount of players, I expect the gun battles will be minimal.  Most of the points will probably come from captured flags.

This may be a lame strategy, but I don't have much of a clue given all I play now are 64 man ranked servers.

Thanks for the input.

The most important thing is to be flexible.  My clan does well in 5v5 infantry matches because of that.  If you are commander, it may be useful to resign and make a squad so everyone else can spawn on you, to help cap a flag or something.  And there is plenty of combat, but try to keep at least one person alive so the rest can spawn.
