I know BF2S may not be the best choice to ask, I might see a doctor if it continues or doesn't improve-
So I weightlifted pretty much all the beginning of the year through May and everything was fine. I left to go on vaca ( or "holiday") for a week and while doing push ups ("press ups") there I got this small pain in the back of my head so I stopped. I decided I'd give it a day of rest but 2 days after, only doing half the push ups I can usually do the pain got there and was worse, too much to continue push ups and I rested my neck on a pillow on my bed. It seems like the pain comes every time blood gets pumped through whatever in the back of my head, possibly for each heartbeat. I didn't do any kind of calisthenics of sit ups for the rest of the next 3 or 4 days and when I got home I decided I'd lift but the pain came back late into my first set out of 3, and it throbbed like before. I think I kinda stopped after that. Anyway I decided to go lift with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine, but a few days ago I did a decent number of push ups and stopped when I could feel the pain coming back slightly. It only takes a few minutes for it to go away, maybe when my heartbeat slows?
Is anybody familiar with this? It seems like this pain only appears because of the push ups.
Also of note I can get lightheaded when I go for intense runs and there's also a small bump on the back of my head that seems abnormal, kind of like a tiny version of the bumps on the sides of your ankle.
