I'm glad people care how their firearm looks, on the range they are the easiest to beat, no doubt in combat they are the easiest to beat too.

A firearm is a tool.

Form follows function. And an object that is completely true to it's function in every detail, has a aesthetic appeal far beyond what mere ornamentation would've given it.
