I fail to see how the pardon of Billy The kid can be serious.
I'm starting to wonder whether there is any kind of Government watchdog that prevents tax money being spunked up the wall whatsoever. I doubt it, for both of our countries.
Though I haven't paid too much tax in my life thankfully. It seems a larger percentage is squandered than I first thought.

So people say he killed 21 when in fact it was 9. I don't see how either number allows you to be pardoned.

The way I understand it he was promised a pardon, lured with that promise to a court house where we was sentenced to hang instead of pardoned.
