Much more paper DPS and with the target painter/rigors all of that DPS is applied to battlecruisers and up, and the cruises become very effective against elite cruisers>destroyers. In a tight spot you can fuel the booster until you run out of cap800s, but by knowing the mission inside out i often use less than 2 per mission.
For both fits downgrade to T1 where applicable, it should all fit.
As a goal work towards this (what my iskprinter alt flys);

Thanks ted. Can you explain to me what exactly the target painter/warhead rigor do? I haven't used either and the description is pretty vague...
basically they improve the hit your missile gets. So say your base cruise missile damage is 100 or so, and you fire it at a cruiser. it might hit for only 50 damage, because it's firing at something smaller than it can hit well. so target painters make the target easier to hit (cruise missile might now hit for 75) and the rigors make your missile more 'accurate' so you might now hit for 100, full damage.
there's :maths: behind it but that's the simplest way i can explain it really. they make your missiles hit for closer to their potential damage.
