The city wants to tear it down...but I think it is so beautiful...it needs to be restored.  Detroit has so many gorgeous buildings that are going to ruin.

I'm sure there is all sorts of mold in there...lol.

The city made a ruling to tear it down, but the motion was blocked by a group of people trying to preserve historical buildings.  The problem is..I think it is privately owned and the owner wants nothing to do with renovating.
