I just finished a round and got a Ribbon and my Veterain SO badge .... once i saw i receieved them i disconnected and went to check it out .... and found that nether was there!?!!!?!??! lol ive been waiting soooo long to finally get it and now i cant see it.... i restarted the game 3 times and still found nothing there!!! whats goin on!???

You either:
1) Are too impatient and didn't give the server enough time to actually report your awards before posting.
2) Were not playing on a ranked server.
3) Were not playing on an official EA Ranked server
4) Are one of the many unfortunate people who have lost awards due to game servers not reporting.
You also failed to read around the forums since this has been addressed numerous times. Be patient and keep trying.
