Baked fish with salt, pepper, sliced shallots (or scallions, depending where you are) and chopped cashews, topped with wilted garlic choy sum and dressed with fresh lime juice, sesame oil and a little vegetable oil. Was easy to cook and tasted really good.

I'm only in Lancaster until thursday evening, plus I've only got a fork and a saucepan, cba buying margarine and utensils to make them, I brought up the leftover meals from the mod ration packs I had on the canoeing trip though. So for my dinner I've got either Curried Lamb, Chicken Arabiatta or Beef Ravioli I think. My breakfast this morning was Omelet bacon and beans
