Right, so I got a little problem with outlook.
I get the message:

Code:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
<insert name here>
The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
I did I quick google, found this and tried all the actions listed but the message is still not going through. The addres is not wrong and the recipient has checked their settings aswell and nothings wrong.
The message just don't get through.

Halp?
No, I don't need an attitude adjustment. You just need to fuck off.

try sending your message from some other e-mail service - for example, use a free one like hotmail or gmail. see if it gets through.

Try asking whoever is in charge of your Exchange server at your office.

Mmmhm. I would if they'd be around every once in a while.

@ Shahter, tried, works. The point is that I need to get the outlook working properly as I need to send messages to multiple recipients and would like it to be as simple as possible.

and i suppose you tried sending messages to other addresses from your outlook too, and it works as well, right?
then:
1. ask those who admin your exchange server to check the message sent by the remote server for details.
2. if posseble ask those who admin the resipients mail server to check if your message reached them and why was it rejected.

Meh.
listen again: you should try to - or get somebody to - contact those who administer the server that supposedly rejected your message and ask them to check
1. if your message reached them at all.
2. if it did why was it rejected.

edit:

3. and if it didn't reach them, you go to your own admins and ask them why.
