Bad teeth, no sense of humor, ditzy. Biting fingernails or picking nose is also very nasty, but as long as I don't catch her, well, ignorance is bliss.
The sense of humor is a big thing to me. I'm not the most intelligent witty genius comedian ever, but I once dated a girl who I couldn't have any fun with because it all went over her head. So fucking boring and stupid. Furthermore, a lot of my humor can be dark and twisted, so when I find someone with that same sense of humor and is actually the one to make me laugh, then I know she's a keeper.
