This post is ambiguous, Jordan. What it seems to imply is that a "one that injects heroin" is an alternative to your cup of tea, but in a rather wrongly worded fashion. To make it more meaningful, you would have to have said "A culture that doesn't promote shaved underarms (as a culture is an abstract idea and cannot perform the action of shaving) or encourages the injection of heroin is not my cup of tea".
