Couldn't find any pics, but I liked the Rift Inducer from Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal. Makes a little black hole and sucks enemies into it. One of the more original weapons I've seen, considering it doesn't use projectiles.

Portal/Gravity Gun (Portal/Half-Life 2)

Lightsabers are also fun, but pretty limited with current game technology.
