gonna is slang for going.  so one would read that as "going to do it."

I'm with marine on this one. I wasn't aware there was a diff. between "going to do it" and "gonna do it"

I could probably get a lift, I'm just not one of those people that goes to the doctor for trivial things. I drink a lot throughout the day and I can go to the toilet whenever I want, thus I piss more than average. I do appreciate the concern but I'm sure ill be fine.

nah I agree I don't think I payed a visit to the doctor in 5 years... and usually when I should've I find out afterwards .
