Believe me you would be raging if you had to game like I do. That's alternate weekends, on a wireless dongle with massive lag every minute or so, on a borrowed steam that the very kind and elegant cybargs lent me, where someone else logs in at the most inconvenient times, on a pos 8 year old pc that barely runs anything even on low settings and to top it off sometimes the internet goes off when my father or his gf go on their pc...

I feel a bit better having ranted.

Get a job, buy a pc.

oh man...jord. I do feel for ya...the rig I have now I purchased from an old clan mate of mine...for a really great deal...before that I had a very similar gaming experience to you...I think he sold it to me because he felt so sorry for me knowing that I was still watching a load screen on bf2 while they were 5 minutes into the game already.

You need for richer online friends to take pity on you.

It wasn't so bad before wireless, dongle internet became so popular. There's no swaying my father to getting a proper router now, I've given up trying to persuade him as it doesn't affect his most basic browsing needs.
