Need a semi-decent pair of earphones

Preferably in-ear, comfortable, good quality, with some anti-fall out mechanism (like one earphone with a longer cable for going round the back of the neck or something, nothing too big like massive plastic clips or nuttin)
In-line volume control would be nice too.

Preferably under £40.

If you're gonna use them for working out...in ear headphones are kind of a pain. Any movement (of the wires) or rubbing against clothing will be amplified straight to your eardrum.

Doesn't bother me. There's enough noise at the gym anyway, I'm not going to be able to block it all out. I don't want audio nirvana here, just something more comfortable than what I have, that stays in my ears better.

Went with the OMX95s from Mymemory, read some reviews on both the earphones and the site and all checked out.
