You need a clan to help you really.
You dont need to join another clan, but find one where their regualr players win more than they loose [check out their Win/Loss ratio graphs and make sure they are going up].
Look at the points at the end of every round you play. If there are 2,3,4 clans members in the top five of either side, screen shot it and add them to a buddie list or similar. Before you play, see if they are on-line and go find them.
Play on the same side of them. You can be their friends or ignore them. You want the wins, and playing on their side should help with that.
