Hey guys...my first post.

Mmy friend recently got to 20k. His unlock window popped up, but it only had two options. One for the Anti-Tank and the other for the Engineer (The two unlocks that he hasn't unlocked yet).

However, he had his eyes set on the new sniper and was the only reason he put in a few 12 hr BF2 days. Why won't it let him unlock the new sniper? Does he have to unlock every kit before he can get the second unlock for a kit he already unlocked? Meaning does he have to unlock the Anti-Tank, Engineer before he has the option to unlock the second sniper?

He does have the newest patch, but doesn't have Special Forces.

u need special forces for it  get him to play for 20 minutes on his account or god forbid it you do it if you have it

If he has not unlocked the M95, then he cannot unlock the L96 until he does unlock the M95.  And that's only if your friend feels like wasting 2 unlocks for 1.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. Damn you all are fast.

Another question,if he (who already unlocked the M95) unlocks the L96 in SF, will he have the weapon in regular BF2 or is it only available to spawn with in SF? I know one can pick up the L96 in BF2 even if they don't have SF.
