Oh yeah, whenever I bike drunk I do it in Holland where we have bike paths everywhere, so it considerably reduces the risk factor. That said a friend thought he'd be able to ride with no hands whilst wasted and ended up flipping over a fence, so remember to ignore your drunken confidence.
I rode a bike whilst very drunk in holland, it was one where you pedal back to break. I forgot how to break and ended up stuck in a bush.

I also rode through a cornfield in southern france while drunk... that was interesting

I hate it here. I LOVE this city but this college sucks. I had more fun up at Albany when I visited my friends from high school and my brother a few weeks ago than I've had in 2 months here. Doesn't say much about Pace.

Pace is not a traditional campus. Albany is, and there's always something going on. Here... not so much.

If it's a campus it should be good fun. I'm really glad I didn't go to a city university.

Like I said - don't get me wrong, NYC's an amazing city and I want to work here when I start my full time career... but for college? Can't recommend it unless you're at Columbia or NYU.

You wouldn't believe the shit I got from Uzi and Miggle on TS when I told them I was going to a university called "Pace".

Read up, you Queens swine.

And if I didn't say it already - I went up there to visit my friends and my brother and had more fun there in one weekend than I have in 2 months at Pace. Plus the fact that it's so much more of a social setting than Pace.

Sure, but half the campus housing is in the ghetto. Why not just go to Stony Brook? It's a better school. Binghamton too.

transferring university for better frat boy opportunities is the best time ever

sometimes, just sometimes, you're not supposed to enjoy aspects of university. do some work. open your mind.

Whatever man. Albany is rated as one of the top party schools in the country by Playboy. Partying > Getting an education. Duh.

Albany's the number 2 school in the nation for my major. Clearly, I'm just going for parties.

This is true, but as I stated Albany is the best SUNY school for my major and I know a lot of people there.

I'm FROM Stony Brook so I don't want to live close to home. Binghamton is a great school but isn't the best for my major.

Criminal Justice with the intent of going to Law School after. Though I don't really know where I want to go to Law School... somewhere in NYC preferably as the internship possibilities are higher.

is law as a career path like it is in the uk where you have to go to the right schools, have the right prestige and visit a yacht club to get anywhere

Your school definitely depends on the type of firm you're working at or who picks you up.

Pace is a good school, but Albany is better. And while many people who've graduated Pace have gone on to successful places (the current CEO of Verizon is a grad of Pace), I just feel like Albany would look better when trying to get into Law Schools.

Albany has always been my number one choice, but I got waitlisted. They required a 3.5 GPA to get in as a freshman, and I admittedly slacked off in high school a lot and didn't have that.

No. To get into a top firm you do need to graduate near the top in a top law school. But in those firms you'll just end up slaving away for ten years working 80 hours a week as some partners lackey while praying you can make partner yourself one day. Outside of that, anything is possible.

You're not going to get the same opportunities going to Vermont Law School compared to going to American University Law School.
