the "M1" is supposedly from the quest involving the NCR supply guy who does some shady dealings on the side... But over 3 playtroughs now I have yet to get that triggered as a proper quest and never get any rewards... Always just gets a couple of notes saying what he wants me to do, but never appear in quest log. And never been able to turn him in to the MP officer lady.
All-American is in the "treasure chamber" at the very end of Vault 34. Be sure to bring shit tons of Rad-Away though, the whole vault is irradiated (places in the entrance reach 13 r/s) and it takes a long time to get to all the places you need to go, you'll have to find a whole bunch of key and you really need to jump through hoops. Also when you do go, be sure that you can get your lock-pick up to 100, because in the "treasure chamber" there is also the Fallout 2 Pulse Rifle (which was the most OP weapon ever, behind Deus Ex's Dragon Sword) in a very hard crate, this pulse rifle can also be used to advance Veronica's loyalty quest.SonderKommando wrote:
