Not really--think about it, say you mindlessly eat and what you snack on constantly is energy-packed crap food, like non-diet soda, chips, cookies, candy, etc... You could seiously pack on a few pounds a week if you ate all the wrong foods consistantly.JohnG@lt wrote:
I plateau based on my exercise level. I don't fluctuate up or down even if I go months without exercise. I don't understand how people can balloon up into the 300s+ honestly. It would take a massive effort.
