IMO acc is one of the most important skills in the game. I use carbines so i dont cover fire.. i cant just waste bullets because i dont die very often so every bullet counts. when i hit a guy 5 / 5 times from a distance while he misses every shot acc means alot. or being fast enough to out snipe snipers from a good distance because i dont miss very often it helps with living alot longer.

I would have liked it more if EA only had the stat "Bullets/projectiles fired" instead of accuracy. I like to shoot my weapon for fun, but because of the acc stats I mostly leave that... Anyone else has this feeling?

For the record; do bullets fired from vehicles add up to your accuracy? I thought they didn't but am not fully sure...

Also please remember that Nyte uses the M95. Any hit on a vehicle or chopper, whether it hits a player or not, registers a hit.

Of course if you watch his videos it's obvious that that's not the entire reason behind his accuracy, he's terrifying, but take it into consideration.

no they dont.. there is no vehicle acc stat. or they would have to take jets and black hawks into consideration. and when using those fast shooting guns people would have very low acc that used them

my global Accuracy is 23.02% not that i care cause its like most of you said
its not the accuracy that counts but the amout of people that you kill +
usualy i just empty my gun at the end of a round or when i only got a few bullets left and want to reload also explance why

Sniper Rifles: 50.47%
Grenade Launcher: 53.75%
Defibrillator: 69.41%

are so high its verry hard to unload those at the end of a round

I have registered hits on vehicles (crosshairs go diagonal) with a lot of weapons, not just the M95. Does this impact my accuracy for the other weapons too?

And Nyte, you mentioned your shottie accuracy so I took a look. How did you manage to get 988 kills while registering only 682 hits? You must of had quite a few 2-fors!

Check out the table for Accuracy. This guy (which toxic888 posted earlier), http://www.bf2s.com/player/69868585/ tops the chart. Although he is a stat padding defibrillating illegitimate out of wedlock child. The number is huge, but it is artificially high.

Overall - 20,84% - about 1.5 month ago started to raise from 19% . maybe because I began playing sniper .
Sniper rifle accuracy - 51.17% , also grows up , but not so fast , I use semi-auto at long ranges a lot and it often miss without a reason , second shot in same aim hits target...

btw , being accurate doesn't mean to be the best . I saw a lot of players with accuracy higher then mine with assault rifles , but with ratio about 0.90 or so . Same with sniper rifles .
