I hear ya, they've been renovating the plumbing for 6 weeks now in my apartment building. Luckily I've only been out of cold water for 0 days, out of warm water for 1 day, which was 4 weeks prior to the start of the renovation project (prework) and a week without heat, which sucked, because the indoor temps dropped to 16 C during that time and I was warming up my apartment Soviet style with candles and fondue-fuel.ebug9 wrote:

This morning I got interrupted during my morning fap coffee by a woman ringing the doorbell and coming in with a step ladder and a bucket of filler.
Best of all, I get to pay maybe 10 000 € for this pleasure, and they won't even touch the drainage, only the pressure pipes. Drains, when done in a few years, will be probably 20k more.
