The difference between the M40 and R700 was almost non-existent. Aside from one less bullet in the R700, therefore M40 was always my choice.

I know the stats of both of the weapons by heart, R700 is better without stopping power (one-shot to stomach unlike m40) but who the hell would snipe without stopping power. They are barely different as i said. I do agree they had somewhat different feel to them though and I have gone from one to other from time to time.Mutantbear wrote:

I always tended to see Euros use the R700 in competition and US using the m40. I seem to remember stevie used the R700 for whatever reason and people jumped on the band wagon.
