Hi Guys,
It's been just over a year since I last played this game.
In the mean time I did a complete fresh install of windows 7 on my PC.
Figured I wanted to play CS again today.
I installed the game as an administrator. Installed the latest patch (V.1.5.10 i think). Then tried to boot up the game where the tick box says "Launch CS now" and got the below error:
So I figured I'd try through the start menu, again tried running as admin, and in compatibility mode, and I get the below error:
Tried updating the Tages Drivers (copy protection), said they installed and were now running. I try launching again, same error. I try all variants of launching the game I can think of and I'm still getting the same error.
Literally nothing has changed with my PC apart from the OS since I used to play the game with no issues.
I've tried reinstalling the game and the patch 3 times, making sure to do both as admin and in compatibility mode. Still the same errors and I don't know why. I've never seen these errors before and it's annoying the shit outta me
