Bulimia doesn't work though, Kmar. Most people diagnosed with it are often above their ideal weight because the purging process can't even remove half of what's ingested (which is still quite a lot in a binge). Started a new routine today after taking a week off, getting drunk twice and a bit wobbly on my diet. Back on the wagon and have decided to do a 3 day split.
Today I did my chest and tris.
DB bench press + incline DB flyes (superset, 3x12 reps)
DB kickbacks (3x12)
Flat DB flyes + incline DB bench press (superst, 3x12)
Skullcrushers (3x12)
Flat DB pullovers + seated DB tricep press (superset, 3x12)
I lowered the weight from what I usually use, got through all of the reps. Next week I'll up the weight and see how I go then.
My plan is to do back + bis on wednesday, then shoulders + legs on friday. I'll do some cardio and abs on tues/thurs/sat.

Anyone find that doing dips works your chest slightly? I feel pain if I have done chest the day before.
Thats because dips do do your chest. Dips (using correct form) are a core exercise as much as a tri exercise.
Just to confirm this, because my flatmate is retarded, if I stop taking protein and working out, the muscle I've built so far thanks to the protein isn't going to turn into fat, is it? I think he's getting confused with creatine?
How can I do dips if I don't have the proper apperatus? I only have a flat bench, incline bench and DBs. Looking to buy a barbell soon though.wah1188 wrote:

I've dropped the weight down for the supersets, so I was only using 3.5kg for 12 reps. I'm going to up it to 5kg next week and see how I go at 8 reps. If that's hard then I'll stick with that weight and push one extra rep a week.
