Yeah, ID really showed what they were made of with Doom3. Heh.
Enemy Territory, for it's time was an AWESOME game. I LOVED going for 4 star general on those 8 map campaigns. In it's time, Quake 1 and 2 revolutionized FPS gaming, but ever since Battlefield, ID hasn't been able to hack it. They are stuck too long to the old school infantry only FPS games, and have lost a lot of the market to vehicle based games like BF2.
Now, I don't know if Quake Wars will have vehicles or not, but ID would be shooting themselves in the foot to not include them.

who knows.. i played QUake 4 and it totally sucks i mean graphics are cool and whatever but the game mechanics i didnt like, it is to old school to fast, so if QUake Wars has that gameplay i wont play it. In the other hands i like better the battlefield gameplay, i also enjoy a lot F.E.A.R mechanics i think that would rock on a good multiplayer.
Anyway i gonna get both.

Im planning on getting Quake wars since its engine looks better then the dated BF engine. Im picky with graphics. Also the game wont have Quake 4 style MP(fast killing nade launching and railgun stuff).
