That's two major muscle groups in one day. That's worse than what he was suggesting. You want to do one major and one minor on workout days. Not two majors. That tires out your body more and doesn't let your muscles grow as well.

Tons of people think they're right when they're really wrong.
Shoulders kinda need their own day just like legs. There are quite a few muscles in your legs. IE glutes, hammies, quads, abducters... shoulders have traps, delts, rear delts.
