Depends on where, but almost never that hard. Even here is Cali-sucks-for-guns-fornia it was only a 25 question exam. Of which you could miss 8. Well the past few hours have been boring as shit so I decided to paint my 1911. I think it turned out pretty well. I was inspired by the Kimber Covert Customs. Did a dark earth tan finish on the frame and a matte black on the trigger.
