You can usually spot the EA test profies because they generally will have:

A ridiculously high score that is very close to a round number (199,975 in this case, almost 200,000)
The points will not come from teamwork, combat, or command (as in this case) or will come from only 1 of those 3 types
The total time will usually be a round number as well (in this case, exactly 1440 hours)
Most noticably, combat will usually show 0s for all weapons and kits.
Finally, badges/medals/ribbons will look very suspicious (in this case, all veterans with no experts or basics)

As opposed to stat padders who are given away by:
Ridiculously high best round scores
Unrealistic favorite victims/worst enemies (over 40 is definitely suspect)
Spark

And the 'Rankup6' section of the 'CQCRankup6' shows that they were testing the new officer ranks for 1.2
