Obviously... Although that one might not have enough points to rank up to General. It's great how EA like not to reveal anything until the last day...

We should find out shortly, but perhaps they lowered the expert badges to the veteran level.  That would explain the bftest## generals if they keep the badge requirement at the expert level.
