I crashed into his helicopter with F-18 and he called me a moron. It's funny because when I entered the server I caught the tail end of the last round and he was commander with a command score of 16 and -2 team points on a 50 player map with 300 tickets per team. You might be thinking "well... maybe he took commader on near the end of the round." he had 0 kills! I won't say who it was or anything. Come on, let's make sure we don't insult people and if we do, let's make sure we aren't worse than them.

Some may think that crashing into another aircraft is a very noobish thing to do. I agree lol that's why I hardly ever fly. Better to leave the jets to more capable pilots.

Well the reason that the guy had 0 kils as a commander in the last round is cus arty kills doesent count as legit kills anymore. They do pop up in bfhq but not in scoreboard.

ive called teamies who rammed me morons before, but it depends on the situation, if they were doing something that caused an accident, thats alright, but if they are just dumb and fly straight into me without even thinking, that deserves a berating

and you cant base anything on people's commander score, im a pretty good comamnder, and have come out of alot of 32-person servers with like a 20-30 after a full round, you jsut cant make people get into squads or request stuff, which is what gets you points as best I can tell

also, alot of commanders dont fight at all, they camp their main base, which could explain the 0 kills easily

The thing is... he was not a teammate, he was in a chopper that i was attacking.

I will hand out the occaisional verbal lashing to the team mate jet pilots who, for some inexplicable reason, crash into my hovering helicopter. Hovering.  This should be QUITE easy to avoid, yet it happens WAY too often.

nothing pisses me off more than having a jet crash into me while i'm in a helocopter...damn jet pilots can't kill us any other way than to fly into us...now don't get me wrong, i've been destroyed by a couple good pilots but it is very very rare, it's the bad pilots that do me in, haha

As an avid BF2 pilot I can tell you that the best way to take out an enemy helo is with the jet's machine guns.  However, due to the nature of firing a machine gun directly in front of you at a very fast speed, sometimes you can run into the helo before it blows up.  I know people don't like this but what can I say?  I was trying to kill you legitamately but didn't do it in time... More often than not in this situation I blow the helo only to hit the debris at the last second.

I don't condone any idiot that runs his jet into a team mate but there is a good arguement for legitimately running into enemy helos with the jet.  In short, if you're in a helo and destroying my team mates... it's my job as anti air to take you out any way I can.

Also, if the damn flares didn't respawn on the helos like every 3 seconds maybe I'd be able to use a missle or two on them.

Just my point of view.

Im not the greatest pilot in the world, but Im working on it.  Do I intentionally try and ram into helicopters?  No, mostly Im trying to light them up with the machinegun and something goes wrong (we both zig at the same time when one person was supposed to zag).  I mean come on, do you really think that I did that on purpose just to lose my jet to another pilot?

With that said, I have accidently bounced off a loaded BH hovering over a CP into a Super Cobra before.  8 kills.

It really depends on how thier setting for view distance is set. Maybe by the time your on thier screen, its too late to avoid you. Tell your team to turn thier distance up before entering a server, it might help avoid such accidents.

I find that quite often, it is just fellow pilots trying to show off their "uber skillzorz" by showing me how close they can fly, and then messing it up.  I agree - nothing is more annoying.
