Ripped it once when I first got it a few weeks ago and it came out perfect. Trying again and now shit's fucking up. Haven't used it after that first rip and has been sitting in its case all this time. It's clean and mint.

Maybe it's my drive. But I doubt it because plenty of other things have been ripping again and again just fine.
