Emirates, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa all have it atm. Their mainline long haul routes will have it.

Yeah, but on a long haul flight First Class have paid more and can't totally extend their bodies to go to sleep. A bit stupid if you ask me.

I hate air travel, unless you fly business or first (which lets face it, is almost next to impossible) you are cramped in incredibly uncomfortable seats with no leg room, a lot of noise, bored out of your fucking mind and the people next to you continuously waking you up to go to the bathroom 500 times as soon as you fall a sleep.
I mean fuck, its 2011. Economy class should have more comfortable seats.

I think first class in an A380 is amazing. Holy crap. I think the full beds and suites that you get in the Singapore Airlines planes is a lot nicer, though.

I try to get the seats next to the emergency door so there are no seats infront of me, but not always i can get that.
got upgraded to business like twice, was good.....
