So I've been going to bed at 2AM for the past four weeks or so, which is OK since I've been on break. However, next semester I have classes at 8AM and need to wake up around 6:30AM. I obviously can't keep going to bed at 2 since I'd be running on very little sleep.
I also can't just start going to bed at 11. I'm too energized. I've tried going to bed a little earlier each night but that doesn't really help.
So BF2s, what do I do to reset my internal clock?
