My opinion is that there are already topics about this.

Or is that a fact.

I'm telling you........people should have to apply for the various vehicles before a round starts.  The person that wins the slot, for say, the fighter jet......get's the jet......only thing is, they have to use it for the rest of the round or they lose their claim to it, after say.......a minute of not being in it.  So, if they get the jet slot, and then bail because they are about to get smoked by the enemy, and they want to preserve their precious kill to death ratio.....the slot opens back up.  Then someone esle can apply for the slot and use it. 

On that note it should also be impossible to register a teamkill with the wing of a jet.  Who the hell intetionally TKs with the wings of a jet?  In fact, I think it should be impossible to kill a teammate at all by running over them......it should just nudge them out of the way.  That way, if someone TRIES to tk by running you over......they can't.......and if someone TRIES to GET tked by being run over, they can't.  It would solve a huge annoying issue in the game.......which 100% guarantees that it will WE WILL NEVER SEE A PATCH THAT INCLUDES THIS.

Hmmmm, i duno about the rank... I'm pretty sure we've all seen noob commanders who obviously had to apply for it. That and one of the worst pilots I've ever gotten in with was a colonel...

What I think they should do is have different levels of training for the pilot and the gunner that you could go through, like AA, but have different levels. So say basically all you have to be able to do to pass level 1 is be able to keep it in the air, but passing level 10 would actually require lots of skill. You wouldn't have to do any training to get in the chopper but people that have gone through it have a better chance of getting in, and also have a better chance of helping their team out. Though I have to agree, we'll never see anything like this.

Noobs still sometimes manage to get into the commander spot.....so they still have their in game chance.  But the fact of the matter is, they should not be "practicing" in game.  When I was a "noob" I specifically went into empty servers to practice different vehicles until I felt I was at least competent enough to be able to enter one and not crash immediately, and manage to kill some people before being killed.  When I was a noob.......I had the good damn sense to know I was a noob.........so I wasn't about to F up everyone elses game with "noobery."

But I think that whole concept is taboo for a lot of people......because God forbid they spend any time playing this game and NOT getting POINTS for it.........that would be HORRIBLE!!!!

Fuck that. Its too hard for n00bs to learn how to fly, etc, but even before they can fight as infantry they've already learnt to teamswitch, planeblock and shit like that.

How heartening.

Bad idea, but there could be set a limit to say : Die as a Driver within 20 seconds 5 times and you are blocked from that vehicle ...... or something !
