Oh how I love the...let me count the ways.

I hated these weapons with a passion but like a fine wine my gameplay has gotten better with age, and i have taken these guns under my wing and owning up like a well lubed...well you get the jist.

I have set this thread up so others can also express their love for this PAWNZORZ of a weapon.

they both excelent weapons for medium range that will take on any assult rifle bc it is atuomatic which pwns the G36E and does high damage with fast firing rate which pwns the F2000 and G3A3.

AK's just cant be beat. Until you run out of ammo from pwning so much! Ak-47 IMO is the best AK. Does a little more damage but is only a tiny bit less accurate. It's easy to get 30 kills 6 deaths with it only.

I've seen a F-22 shot down on Wake by an AK-47... Coming in for repairs over the airfield (US had it...) and a squadmate opened up, the F-22 was already smoking alot though... Half a clip later and BOOM! splat goes the jet... It's wreckage hit me though . Biggest fluke ever....

AK101 owns....best gun in the game. accurate, powerful, and relatively difficult to perfect...makes it deadly. i play with nothing else on infantry maps.

The 101 has been my favorite since I started playing but the 47 is gaining on it. It's pretty jerky when you're shooting at long range in single shot but it's so powerful.

I've started chosing the medic AK-47, especially on mashtuur. single shot mode is f'ing deadly. close range ak-47 beats both medic unlocks hands down.

L8 seems very inconsistant and the g36's burst fire often doesnt help.

G3 ftw. The G3 is not as fast as the G36E, but fast enough to get the job done. Personally, I find that people generally complain that the G3 has such limited ammo rather than about its ROF, but that's really just owning up to the fact that they spray-and-pray. The AK's are awesome, but I prefer the G3 in semi-auto mode, and have gotten most of my assault rifle kills with it...

IMO-
G3>AK47>AK101>G36E>L85>F2000>M16/w203>M16

The g36e range and accuracy from longer distance, is outstanding. But in a close up battle with a prone pkm doesnt stand a chance. At least the 101 and 47 will get u a lucky 75% chance of a kill. (depending on health of other guy).

AK101 and 47 are def the best weapons other than G36C for any use, and by far the best for headshots. They may not be very accurate on single shot mode, but the first shot you fire will pretty much always land where you aimed.

Umm no offense mate but there're close to ten threads crowing about the AK. Some with fuzzball proclaiming himself AK god, some with IMI Militant gushing over the AK.
